Debra Caminiti, CCM

Debra Caminiti is the founder and president of Caminiti Consulting Company. Debra has over 30 years of project management experience overseeing the construction of major capital projects from initial environmental permitting through the design, construction, and closeout phases. She’s a proven leader, whose construction expertise includes public and private sector projects including major commercial projects such as exhibition centers, commercial, residential, mixed-use facilities, and public infrastructure projects such as airports, highways, bridges, and tunnels.

She takes a collaborative and team-oriented approach to project management. Her construction knowledge and experience developed through years of planning and delivering a vast array of complex projects, make her unique as an owner’s project manager. As the preconstruction expert for the company, she specializes in constructability review, construction feasibility studies, project phasing and logistics, scheduling, and contract development for complicated public works projects, establishing the road map for a successful project.

She is a fierce client advocate who’s committed to doing what’s in the best interest of the project and ensuring fair representation of all parties. Prior to starting her own firm, Debra worked as an owner’s representative and construction manager on a number of high profile projects in Boston and New York City. Projects include the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, the JFK Federal Building Renovation, the Zeckendorf Towers (NYC), numerous projects at Logan International Airport, and Boston’s Central Artery/Tunnel project. Debra was also an associate principal for a business consulting firm specializing in claim analysis and dispute resolution. Debra is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and has MCPPO certification.

On a personal note…Debra treasures time spent with her grandchildren and volunteers at Horizons for Homeless Children. She also enjoys fly-fishing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and gardening.
