For the MBTA

Our services include asset management, disposition services, facility management, concession development, Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project support, and development of non-fare box revenue programs.

For the MTA

Our services include design and construction coordination involving the review of plans and the coordination with internal operating construction departments who approve tenant submissions for the occupancy portfolio. Additional oversight includes conducting and documenting periodic site visits and developing Property Assessment Reports for MTA use. This team also works together with our insurance compliance staff to ensure construction insurance compliance with MTA lease requirements.
